Here are some of the details that went into my Z. This first pic is of the installed Vertical Close-out template. It took an entire day just to do the template (shown in white)!
Here's a shot of everything it took to build (the Alclad protective film (blue stipes) is seen on the part at this point):
 Another RH view:

These panels are made from 0.063" 7075-T6 Alclad Here's a shot of the RH panel installed:

Here you will notice that the A/C condenser fan is removed, along with the hood latch center brace...
If you look closely, you can see the vertical panels on either side of the radiatior opening, and you can see the horizontal close-out that mounts between the front wing and the radiator support. The Vertical panels have a flange that ties into the horizontal closeout... Here's a photo taken of the Mock-up phase of building the Dual Ram Air Intakes (yes I used a cardboard Mailing Tube for the mock-up)Notice that the Parabolic Section Velocity stacks are not installed yet (see the chrome ring on the front of the air filter?):
Here's a shot of the LH intake mock-up with the MAF installed, You can see the honeycomb stiffened Horizontal Closeout panel in this picture also:
 Both sides mocked-up:
 Polished front bumper:
The straight intake tubing (2 Pieces) were constructed using 14 Plys of Carbon Fiber (RTC'd) under vacuum. (sorry no construction pics, I'll take some better photos of the installation with the "grill" panel removed soon)...
